Lexie Bush

A long-time health and fitness enthusiast, Lexie’s journey began at 17 when she was prescribed birth control as a temporary fix for her hormonal imbalance. This approach only exacerbated her symptoms, leading her to seek out a holistic doctor who introduced her to the healing power of food and lifestyle changes.

Initially, Lexie studied Educational Leadership for her master’s degree, but the stress revealed her true passion lay in health and fitness. She shifted her focus and is now training to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) while also earning certification in prenatal and postnatal fitness.

Though Lexie isn’t taking on new clients right now, you might still get a friendly email from her! She’s a key player on our admin team, juggling scheduling and other behind-the-scenes tasks!
